Notice! China new policy on limiting power and production of factories in many provincesShare

Recently, affected by the Covid19 epidemic in Southeast Asia, global orders have flooded into China, resulting in a surge of 20.6% in factory power consumption.

However, the cost of power generation in China is high, and the prices of the products produced have not risen much. If the epidemic in Southeast Asia eases, overcapacity may eventually be caused, and small and medium manufacturing companies are likely to close down in batches.

In order to force the "high investment, high energy consumption, and high emission" enterprises to complete industrial upgrading, step out of the comfort zone and avoid falling into the crisis, the Chinese government has promulgated a dual-control environmental protection policy.

The current severe domestic energy consumption is relatively severe, such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other places have introduced electricity curtailment measures to ensure that the dual energy consumption control targets can be completed in time.

Guangdong has recently started to implement the "open two days stop five days" power rationing measures, each Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to achieve peak shifts, and only reserve the security power load on the peak shift days, the security load is below 15% of the total load . If they do not cooperate, they will face a 10-day seizure.

In Dongguan, factories generally receive notifications to open two and stop five, while some small and micro enterprises have to open one and stop six.
In Zhongshan, small-scale enterprises open one stop six, large-scale enterprises open two stop five, and advanced premium insurance companies open four stop three.

According to the results of dual control of energy consumption in the first half of the year and the current electricity usage patterns, high energy-consuming enterprises including ceramics, chemical and non-ferrous metals have all been included in the key energy dual control plan.

Zhejiang Two thermal power plants issued a notice stating that as thermal coal soared to 1,450 yuan per ton, and there was no stock, it would have to cut off electricity.
In Keqiao, Shaoxing, the global printing and dyeing capital, printing and dyeing companies have been suspending production until the 30th. Because 161 printing and dyeing and chemical fiber companies are involved, the dyeing fee may increase, and a large number of orders cannot be delivered on time.

Ningbo and Zhoushan should strictly control the scale of production capacity of petrochemicals, steel, and chemicals, promote the relocation of high-energy-consuming processes, and ease the high dependence on fossil energy.

Shaoxing, Huzhou, Jiaxing, and Wenzhou must strictly control the production capacity of textile printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastic products and other manufacturing industries, adopt advanced production technology, increase the proportion of high value-added products, and greatly increase the energy efficiency level of unit value added.
The duration of tentative power curtailment in Jiangsu is 15 days. During the period, the industrial electricity was pulled down, the daily electricity was retained, and the maintenance was unified for half a month. The office air-conditioning was disabled and the street light control was halved.

Jiangsu enterprises generally started to shut down two times. Nantong took the lead in power rationing. At present, other parts of Jiangsu Province have begun to suspend power. 2000 chemical plants will be affected and temporarily shut down.

In Nantong, some companies issued a 17-day holiday notice; in Taizhou, most companies were required to suspend work until the end of the month;

In Changzhou, some companies were required to suspend production for 8 days; in Zhenjiang, APP cultural paper machines were down for a total of 14 days.

China's National Day holiday (1st to 7th,Oct)  is comming. hope that the factory can make production arrangements. and Buyers should fully consider the possibility of delays in the delivery time to avoid losses.
